Today I would like to share with each and everyone of us in group Shammah about Joy. That is why i choose the picture that says "The Joy of the Lord is My Strength. Big word rite. let me explain to you what it means by this short verse.

Joy................. people might say, "Joy only mah, go supermarket buy Joy Brand juice and drink, sure got joylar". Or some people might say, "got this might joylor, dun have then no joylor, become kill joylar". This is what the world tell u about joy.

But in the bible, Joy from God is strength. STRENGTH. As this years theme is, " I can do all things through all who gives me strength". This strength comes from God and what comes together with this is the JOY from God. Surprising rite.

I know that some of us are discouraged and tired from our activities with church and work. Heck, I also feel the same thinglar. That's why we feel no joy, like "so dryleh", "feel like goin to kering liao like ham chou", "tiredleh and so on", " I fell like the ham yu in the ham yu fa lam bou" This are the problems that we face as a christian that takes the Joy out of us.

But I want to draw ur attention to Habakkuk 3:17 states "though the fig tree should not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines, the produce of the olive fail and the the fields yield no food, the flock be cut off from the fold and there be no herd in the stalls"

if u read the verse, u see the fellow has so much prob. but in verse 18, it says "YET I will rejoice in the LORD, I will take joy in the God of my salvation"

walau, this fella can still rejoice ar? If it was me, I sure cry liao. Sure he can, because in verse 19 it says God, the LORD is my strength ;he males my feet like the deer's , he makes me tread on my high places.

What makes this prophet say is this : NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, YOU CAN REJOICE IN IT. Because God is here.

I know that we are approaching the end of the group, and I just wanna share this short thing that we can rejoice in whatever circumstances. I hope that this can encourage each and everyone of us.
