CAMP TRANSFORMATION 2009
CAMP REUNION
Hey!!! how are you all??? Thank GOD for the great and fruitful camp we had :) Yes, this coming saturday 27.06.2009 is camp reunion, are you ready??
In group Shammah, had 36 camper joined for this year camp, so, can we bring back 36 camper here?? if your friends are coming, of cause, welcome la!!!!Do your best ya!!
This saturday, wear camp t-shirt and bring shammah's t-shirt or extra blue t-shirt, cause we're going to play combat squad(dun't know what game is this?? ok, is easy, you just coming this saturday, you will know) Invite and bring your friend ya!!!
After this, group shammah have dinner together at pandan indah QUAN's cafe, so bring extra $, and the last BRING YOUR FRIEND, OKIES!!!!!!

Ok. Here are the things that we are going to do this saturday. ( the physical really powerlar I tell you)
Physical Challenge 1. each group to send out 5-10 people. 2. each group needs to complete collectively 30 sets. 3. each set consists of - right hand up punch x 10 (with 5 kg weight) - left hand up punch x 10 (with 5 kg weight) - right hand front swing x 10 (with 5 kg weight) - left hand front swing x 10 (with 5 kg weight) - 20 burpees. 4. while one person is doing the set, everyone else must be running in a circle. 5. the above must be done continuously without break or stop. if you stop more than 5 seconds, the set doesn't count and have to start from 0 again 6. sets are to be done one by one 7. first group to complete all 30 sets or group with the highest amount of sets completed by end of 1 hour wins. Skill Challenge
1. each group will be given a block of plasticine and a pail of water. 2. groups have to come up with a design that can float 3. then the floatation device will be tested to see how many glass beads it can hold before it sinks. 4. groups can keep trying and redesigning as long as there is time. 5. each design that groups test will count as their score. if they come up with a better design that holds more glass beads, that is their new score. 6. group that built the floatation device that can hold the most glass bead at the end of time wins. Knowledge Challenge 1. groups will be required to answer questions that are flashed on the screen 2. each group will be given paper and pen/pencil to write their anwers 3. after flashing the questions and when the question has been read. the quizmaster will say "GO" and all groups have 10 seconds to come up and present their answers 4. if you get the answer correct, you will be given the opportunity to roll a dice. the results will either give you more points, have no effect or on a small chance minus points. 5. those who get the answers wrong must roll dice on a different chart. the results will either minus points, or have no effect. some minus points result allow you to do something instead of minusing your marks. 6. group with the highest score are the end of the day wins.

Hello everyone, If your listening to this, you are Shammah. We're back from camp!!!!!!!!!!! This time it's different. Different until we came back at nightlar. But the whole camp was a BLAST. Blast as in BI BA BOOM!!!!!!!!! I know everyone has been waiting for this post, so here it is.
I tell ulah, the whole camp ar. It was nothing but action n fun n also spiritual. We learn lots of things, especially PDL. * it is not pastor David Lian FYI, but it is Personal Devotion Life. I hope that everyone of us really do our PDL daily so we can walk close with God.
Besides that, one of the most memorable thing that happen in the camp is the River Rafting. I tell u the truth, you won't find so much drama in a group that our group. Each boats have it's own story to tell. We have wood planks goin missing, burst tayars, members falling into the river n also members hitting the trees while rafting. If this was a action movie in hollywood, I think we would all be millionaires. But too bad............... hahaha
The ignite game really builds teamwork and coordination. It was not about which boat having the most boys but it's all about the heart and teamwork. ( Ask Linus and see what I mean).
I will post more photos and write up on this unbelievable and syiokalingam camp.
